Take A Girl Like You (1970, U.K.)

Based on a novel by Kingsley Amis, this film follows the London arrival of Jenny Bunn (Hayley Mills).  She’s an attractive young teacher from the country with provincial ideas about love and marriage who lodges with Dick and Martha (John Bird and Sheila Hancock).   Jenny meets Patrick (Oliver Reed), who’s determined to seduce her but doesn’t know that she’s a virgin, and wants to stay that way.  Patrick’s good friend Julian, offers Jenny his “advice” on modern men and morals.   However he too secretly wants to seduce her himself, and there are other men trying to woo her.
