Twin Falls Idaho (1999, U.S.A.)

Francis and Blake Falls are identical twin brothers who share a special bond. They finish each other’s sentences and take care of each other.  They share each other’s feelings – and the one body. Born conjoined at their sides, these “Siamese” twins hide from a society that may find their appearance horrifying.  Their co-existance is disrupted when a young woman becomes involved with Blake. When Francis becomes ill, they have to be separated, and deal with both the physical and emotional stress from the operation.

Twin Falls Idaho is not only written and directed by real-life twins Michael and Mark Polish, but they also star in the film.   The supporting cast includes Lesley Ann Warren, Patrick Bauchau, Garrett Morris and William Katt.
