A secret agent ready to serve anyone who pays him handsomely, is given the job by the FBI to vanquish a criminal association that organises murders on commission, and is headed by an ex-Nazi criminal. He is also wanted by the Norwegian secret service, which must make him pay for the death of thousands of innocent people, and who has sent his own agent and a woman who can recognise the criminal to Morocco (where the gang has its headquarters). . Collaboration between the two emissaries is not as easy as it should be, as the Norwegian agent disapproves of his colleague’s violent and unprejudiced methods.
