Vacancy (2007, U.S.A.)

When David and Amy’s car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, they spend the night in an isolated motel.  With only the TV to entertain them, they soon discover that the low-budget slasher movies they’re watching were all filmed in the room which they’re staying in.  With hidden cameras now filming their every move, David and Amy must rely on their own wiles and outsmart their captors.
